1. General information
ToolWorld Online provides practical online utilities and explanatory website content. The tools are provided for general assistance and are not an official government, registry, tax, security-audit or certification service. This Disclaimer explains important limitations and should be read with our Terms of Use. It does not remove rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Accuracy, compatibility and independent checks
Inputs, settings, software limitations, browser behavior, provider responses and changes in external systems can affect a result. We do not promise that every output is complete, accurate, current or suitable for your task. A successful action or a "valid" message describes the specific test performed; it is not a universal verification of correctness.
Keep an original copy, test representative cases and compare important outputs with a trusted reference. Do not rely on this website as the only control for a business-critical, security-critical or legally significant workflow.
3. No professional advice
Website content, invoice outputs, calculations, SEO suggestions and technical results are not individualized legal, financial, tax, accounting, accessibility or cybersecurity advice. A generated invoice does not determine the correct tax rate or satisfy every jurisdictional requirement. A formatted legal or accounting document is not thereby legally approved. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when the task requires professional judgment.
4. Security and cryptography limitations
A generated password is only useful if stored and used appropriately. A digest comparison only tests the supplied digest and selected algorithm; it does not prove the origin or safety of a file. Key generation does not establish identity, provide a certificate or create a secure backup. Private-key exports are unencrypted unless an explicit feature states otherwise.
JWT decoding is not authentication. Signature checks and optional claim checks cover only the supported algorithm and selected conditions. They do not replace issuer trust, revocation, authorization, application policy or secure secret management. Do not disclose production secrets in a support request.
5. Code, data and SEO tools
Formatting, minification and syntax parsing do not prove that code is safe or logically correct. Conservative HTML/CSS tools may preserve whitespace or comments to avoid unintended changes. Conversions can affect types, leading zeros, precision, escaping and spreadsheet behavior depending on settings. Review data before opening it in another application.
SEO outputs are implementation helpers. Metadata, keyword frequency, sitemaps and robots rules do not guarantee ranking, indexing, rich results or traffic. Search engines may ignore or rewrite supplied information. Robots.txt is crawl guidance, not protection for private content.
6. Design, QR and accessibility limitations
Colors, gradient previews and image exports can vary across screens, browsers, color profiles and output formats. Resizing may reduce quality or remove metadata. A contrast result applies to the selected pair and formula; it is not a complete accessibility audit or a guarantee of legal compliance.
Scan a QR code with the intended devices before printing or sharing it. Size, contrast, content length, quiet zones and print quality affect readability. Wi-Fi QR codes contain the network details you enter and should only be shared with intended recipients.
7. Documents and PDFs
PDF editing may alter file structure, metadata, appearance or digital signatures. Removing visible text with a design overlay is not secure redaction. The service does not offer every feature of a document editor, including OCR, decryption, secure redaction or arbitrary office-document conversion. Numbering and watermarks can overlap page content, especially on unusual or rotated pages. Inspect the exported document and retain the original.
8. External lookup information
IP, DNS and registration information depends on external sources and brief caching. IP geolocation is approximate; a location can reflect a network operator, VPN or proxy. DNS answers are resolver-specific observations, not proof that all networks see the same records. Registration records can be outdated or redacted. A returned answer is not a background check or proof of identity, ownership, legitimacy or wrongdoing.
9. Availability and external websites
Access may be affected by maintenance, browser restrictions, request limits, provider interruptions or network problems. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent availability of a feature or recovery of unsaved local work. External websites and open-source libraries remain subject to their own terms, licenses and policies; links do not guarantee their content or availability.
