1. Scope and use of the service

These Terms of Use apply to the ToolWorld Online website, its tool pages and related website content, operated by CodeCraft Advisory LLC. "ToolWorld Online" refers to the website brand; "we", "us" and "our" refer to CodeCraft Advisory LLC as its operator. "You" refers to the person or organization using the service. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies & Local Storage Policy and Disclaimer.

Use the service only if you can lawfully do so and accept the conditions applicable to that use. If you do not accept these conditions, stop using the service. Any agreement is subject to the notice, consent, contract-formation and consumer-protection requirements that apply to you; these terms do not override mandatory rights.

2. Eligibility and authority

You are responsible for having the legal capacity and permissions necessary to use the website. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to use its data and tools for that purpose. If you are not old enough to enter an applicable agreement independently, use the service only with the permission and supervision required by your local law.

Do not submit personal information about children or other people unless you are authorized and it is appropriate for the intended task. The service is not designed as a secure repository for regulated or highly sensitive records.

3. What the service provides

ToolWorld Online provides free online tools for security and cryptography, code formatting, text processing, design, data conversion, SEO, network lookups, invoices and PDF operations. Most tools process input in the browser. Network tools send requested IP addresses or domains to lookup services. Some tools download open-source libraries when an action is run.

The current service does not require a user account or payment for the listed tools. Free access does not include a service-level agreement, guaranteed response time, dedicated support, guaranteed storage, unlimited capacity or a promise that every feature will remain available indefinitely. Any future paid offering would need clearly disclosed terms before a purchase. These terms do not authorize an automatic charge.

4. Permission to use website features

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may access the website and use its tools for lawful personal, educational and business tasks. You may copy or download your generated results using the provided controls. This permission does not transfer ownership of the website, branding, tool implementations or third-party software to you.

You may link to public tool pages in a way that does not falsely suggest endorsement or partnership. Do not copy and repackage the website as your own service, misuse our marks or bypass restrictions on access. Rights that applicable law grants for interoperability, accessibility, research or other protected activities remain unaffected.

5. Your inputs, files and permissions

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, confidentiality and permitted use of any text, code, document, image, personal information, domain or IP address you choose to process. You retain whatever rights you have in your input. We do not claim ownership of your private files merely because you use a tool.

Only process information you own or are authorized to handle. Follow applicable privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, workplace and client obligations. A browser-only workflow does not remove those obligations. You are responsible for your device, browser extensions, downloaded files, clipboard and any subsequent sharing or storage of results.

Do not use the website as your sole backup. Keep originals before editing documents or converting data. Avoid placing confidential information in URLs, network queries, public QR codes or ordinary support emails.

6. Review results before relying on them

Generated results can contain errors, omissions, approximations, compatibility issues or formatting changes. You must inspect and independently verify outputs before using them in production, filing them with an authority, sending them to a client, making a financial decision or relying on them for security.

  • Code formatting and minification do not prove that code is safe, correct, accessible or suitable for production. Test the result in its intended environment.
  • CSV, JSON and YAML conversion may change types, escaping, ordering or representation according to your settings. Review identifiers, leading zeros, dates, large numbers and spreadsheet formula risks.
  • SEO metadata, robots files, sitemaps, density scores and UTM links are utilities, not guarantees of indexing, ranking, traffic or campaign accuracy.
  • Contrast ratios and design previews support review but do not certify that a website complies with every accessibility requirement.
  • QR codes must be scanned and checked before publication or printing. Anyone who receives a Wi-Fi QR code can recover the credentials it contains.

7. Security and cryptography tools

Password, hashing, RSA and JWT features are technical utilities, not an audit or a guarantee of security. Choose suitable parameters and sufficiently strong secrets for the real system. Keep private keys, signing secrets and live authentication tokens confidential. Key exports are not encrypted unless an explicit feature states otherwise; generating a key does not back it up or establish trusted identity.

JWT decoding only reads encoded content. Verification checks only the selected supported algorithm and enabled claim checks; it does not establish that an issuer is trustworthy or validate your application authorization rules. A valid signature does not mean a token should be accepted by every application. Legacy algorithms, where offered, are for compatibility and may be unsuitable for security-sensitive tasks.

8. PDF, image and invoice tools

Document and image operations may change metadata, appearance, dimensions, transparency, encoding or file size. Editing a digitally signed PDF can invalidate its signature. A visual watermark or deletion of a page is not secure redaction of confidential content elsewhere in a document. Password-protected files, particular document structures or very large files may be unsupported. Review all pages after export.

Invoice outputs depend on the information, currency and tax settings you provide. They do not determine your tax registration, mandatory invoice wording, tax rates, legal obligations or accounting treatment. The tool does not submit invoices to a tax authority, collect client payments or certify an invoice as legally compliant. You are responsible for correct calculations and any local requirements.

9. Network tools and third-party information

IP geolocation and domain/DNS information come from external services and can be incomplete, delayed, approximate, redacted or unavailable. A DNS result reflects a query through the configured resolver and is not a worldwide propagation test. Domain registration data does not prove a person owns or controls a business. IP location is not precise device location.

Do not use lookup results to make unsupported allegations, harass individuals, bypass privacy measures or make high-impact decisions about people without a lawful basis and independent verification. Provider availability, permitted use and technical limits may affect results.

10. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, infringement, harassment or unauthorized disclosure of personal or confidential information.
  • Do not use tools to compromise accounts, steal credentials, distribute malware or facilitate unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Do not interfere with availability through deliberate overload, abusive automation, denial-of-service activity or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
  • Do not bypass rate limits, access controls or other safeguards, including by rotating identities or addresses to evade restrictions.
  • Do not misrepresent generated information, certificates, invoices, lookup results or security outputs as independently verified or officially approved.
  • Do not remove legal notices from software copies where an applicable license requires them, or misuse third-party intellectual property.

Automated requests and integrations must respect published limits and technical controls. This website does not grant a general public API license or promise API compatibility merely because a browser endpoint is reachable. We may restrict abusive traffic and investigate credible security issues, subject to applicable law.

11. Third-party libraries, links and services

Some features depend on third-party software, content-delivery networks, lookup APIs and registry services. Their licenses, privacy notices and applicable terms remain relevant. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses, including any rights those licenses grant. These terms do not replace or restrict rights you independently receive under an applicable open-source license.

External links are provided for convenience or information. A link is not a guarantee of the destination content or an endorsement of every practice of its operator. We do not control third-party availability, policy changes, results or security. Review relevant policies before sharing information directly with another service.

12. Website content, branding and feedback

The ToolWorld Online name, branding, original page content, design and implementation belong to their respective rights holders. Except for your permitted tool use, applicable open-source rights and other rights granted by law, no broader intellectual-property license is implied. Generated content may still include material subject to your rights or third-party rights; the service does not perform an intellectual-property clearance.

If you send a suggestion, you allow us to consider and use that suggestion to improve the service without an obligation to implement it or pay compensation. This does not give us a right to publish private support correspondence or personal information contrary to our Privacy Policy.

13. Availability, changes and limits

We may update, replace, limit or discontinue tools for maintenance, security, technical, legal or operational reasons. Features can vary by browser, device or service-provider availability. File limits, execution timeouts and request limits protect the service and may change when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or recovery of work lost from a browser session.

Where applicable law requires notice before a material service or contract change, we will provide the notice required for that situation. Ending use of the service does not affect rights or obligations that already arose and are intended to continue under applicable law.

14. Warranties and professional advice

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without promises of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for a particular regulatory or security requirement. We do not promise a particular commercial, search-ranking, tax, legal or technical result.

The service does not replace advice from a qualified legal, tax, accounting, financial, accessibility or cybersecurity professional. Nothing in this section removes a guarantee, remedy or standard of care that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Responsibility and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or loss arising from your failure to keep backups or verify outputs, from unauthorized use of your device or files, or from third-party services outside our control. Responsibility depends on the applicable facts and law; these terms do not set a universal monetary cap.

Nothing here excludes or restricts liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, negligence or other matters where the relevant exclusion is prohibited, or removes mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. Where an exclusion is not permitted, it applies only to the lawful extent, and available remedies remain subject to applicable law.

16. Support, legal notices and disputes

For a tool problem, contact support@toolworldonline.com with the page URL, browser/device, relevant settings, expected result and a minimal redacted example. For a legal notice or rights complaint, contact legal@toolworldonline.com. For personal-information requests, contact privacy@toolworldonline.com. General inquiries may be sent to info@toolworldonline.com.

A rights complaint should identify the material or conduct involved, the relevant URL, the basis for your concern and a reliable way to contact you. Provide only information needed for the matter; do not include unrelated personal data or secrets. We may request clarifying information and take proportionate action when appropriate.

We encourage you to contact us about a dispute so it can be assessed and, where possible, resolved. This does not prevent you from seeking an available legal remedy, meeting a legal deadline or contacting a competent authority. No mandatory arbitration or exclusive court location is imposed by this section.

17. Applicable law, interpretation and remaining terms

Mandatory laws applicable to you and the relevant activity continue to apply. Questions of governing law and the competent court are determined under the applicable legal rules. These terms do not select an exclusive country or court, and do not claim that one set of laws applies identically to every visitor.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply to the extent permitted, and any adjustment must be limited to what is lawful. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a permanent waiver. These terms and notices govern the website use they describe; a separate express agreement may govern a different service.

18. Updates to these terms

The effective and last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. We may revise these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements and will provide additional notice or obtain acceptance where required. Review the version relevant to your use. Questions about these terms can be directed to legal@toolworldonline.com.
